Belarus - India: the spectrum of cooperation extends

Belarus and India have good prospects for expansion of mutually advantageous trade and economic cooperation. It was declared in interview to the correspondent of BELTA by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Belarus in India Oleg Laptenok on the eve of the 15-anniversary of an establishment of the Belarusian-Indian diplomatic relations.

Today India appears as a completely new country. About third of its more than the milliard population, and it is more than 300 million consumers, concerns to the middle class with all consequences following from here, as from the point of view of capacity of own consumer market of the country, and models of consumption.

India has an interest in high technologies, expansion of bilateral scientific and technical cooperation.
