During the Days of Belarusian ecomomy in Latvia were signed Agreements for creation of the Belarusian-Latvian Center of Technology Transfer (BLCTT).

The Belarusian department of BLCTT has been created in Minsk on the basis of the Interuniversity Center of Marketing of "Technopark "Metolit" at BNTU. The Latvian department of BLCTT has been created in Riga on the basis of the Fund of Technological Development.

BLCTT will work for support of small- and medium-sized innovative business, establishment of contacts with foreign partners, intermediary services and assistance in preparation of scientific and technical employees.
