TECHNOLOGICAL PARK of the St.-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University ("LETI")
The technological park of the St.-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (called farther as "Technopark") was set up in 1991 as a structural department of the university, which provides all stages of innovation process through interaction with small companies working in the field of science intensive business.
Main profile of the Technopark's activity:
information technologies,
- electronic devices and devices for scientific researches,
- environmental monitoring,
- medical devices,
- consulting in field of management and technology transfer.
The technopark includes:
- small companies working in science and science intensive business, including the field of support of innovation business;
- scientific-applied center of the Technopark executing functions of a business-incubator;
- innovation-technological center of the Technopark.
The joint-stock company "Transfer" (http://innov.eltech.ru/ http://www.mag.innov.ru/) is a part of the Technopark.
The joint-stock company "Transfer" covers the following directions of activities:
- information providing innovation projects and support of specialized databases,
- evaluation of innovation potential of small- and medium-sized enterprises (information on new products and intellectual property subjects),
- providing electronic exchange of innovations,
- formation of collective stands on exhibitions,
- venture financing projects,
- marketing support of new production.
The joint-stock company "Transfer" by providing of a series of state and non-governmental establishments publishes a scientific-technical magazine "Innovations".
