In period of 4-8 of April to Hanoi took place the 17th Vietnamese International Fair "VIETNAM EXPO 2007". At the collective stand of the Ministry of Education have been submitted over 35 natural exhibits from 12 organizations of the Ministry of Education. Among them were represented the Belarusian State University, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Belarusian National Technical University, Belarusian State Technological University, Gomel State University, Gomel State Technical University, Belarusian State University of Transport, Belarusian-Russian University, Mogilev State University of Foodstuffs, Polotsk State University, Vitebsk State Technological University, Innovative Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific-technological park of BNTU "Metolit".

On the scale and submitted subjects the scientific and technical section of the National display of Belarus had no analogues among the exhibitors from other countries. During the work of the exhibition the developments of the Belarusian scientists used enhanced attention of the visitors. Among them: production technologies of new materials (abrasive grinding tool from the secondary abrasive, heat-insulating material); technologies of water cleaning; technologies of coatings production; microwaves techologies, etc.
