At once some events organized by UNESCO, Council on cooperation in the field of education of the CIS-countries, Ministry of Education of Belarus, Belarusian State University at participation of UNICEF, have passed in Minsk on 5-6 of April, 2005.

The programs of these events have included the plenary sessions, round tables. The work of the Forum has also been organized in sections.
