In St.-Petersburg begins the creation of the first private technopark

The government of St.-Petersburg has accepted the decision about creation of IT-park "Severny". This document allows association of companies - developers of software "Russoft" to begin creation of the first in the city private technopark. It will include the center of applied professional training, incubator for cultivation of the young technological companies, consulting center, as well as medium and large IT-companies.

Technical-innovation zone and university

The last changes of the Russian legislation in the sphere of innovative activity include the law on special economic zones. There is planned to create in Russia two types of such zones: technical-innovation zone and production- industrial one. One of such technical-innovation zones is planned to build in Tomsk.
