According to the agency BELTA, the Government of Belarus insists on that fact, that every enterprise of the republic should have a business-plan of innovative development. The Prime-minister of the country S. Sidorski has declared it, entrusting on December, 1, the Award of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for achievements in the field of quality in 2006.

As he said, all the enterprises of the country have business-plans of economic development of manufacture and work on them now.

Besides, S. Sidorski has noted, that every Belarusian enterprise should have a long-term plan of development for the next five years that "to pass the deep modernization of manufacture".

S. Sidorski has also called the heads of the enterprises to take more actively the credits in the banks, including in European ones, for investment of these means in modernization of manufacture.
