On November, 27-28 in Dubna took place a meeting of Committee of plenipotentiaries of countries - participants of the International organization "Joint Institute for Nuclear Research".

The committee considered the questions connected to development of scientific researches of institute and questions on development of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) "Dubna".

Basic directions for SEZ "Dubna" are:
information technologies,
-nuclear-physics technologies,
-nanotechnology and material science,
biotechnologies,
flying devices,
systems of maintenance of ability to live,
devices and technologies for medicine.

The state-private partnership is feature for SEZ "Dubna" (State puts means in common infrastructure and private investor puts means in own territories).

It is necessary to note, that Dubna is located in 120 km from Moscow on coast of Volga in a picturesque place.

In Dubna 2 sites on both sides of Volga are allocated for SEZ . The left-bank side is intended for creation of so-called programmers city, and the right-bank site will be given under production sector.

At this moment the roads and engineering constructions are laid, the small town of builders, industrial rooms of several firms are constructed. The main object under construction at the moment is the innovative - technological center which will be "heart" of programmers city.

Works on a right-bank site should begin in the near future.
