On May 15-17, 2003 in Vilnius the 8-th International conference "BALTIC DYNAMICS '03" and dissemination fair of international projects have passed. Their thematic orientation can be entitled as the following: Innovations and development of small and medium business in Europe.
Regional Business Incubator of Kaunas University of Technology, Kaunas Regional Innovation Centre (http://idc.ktc.lt/en/index.htm), Kaunas University of Technology, Baltic Association of Science/Technology Parks and Innovation Centres (BASTIC), Science Parks & Innovation Centres Experts Group (SPICE ), Union of Lithuanian Business Centres have organized these events at support of Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Lithuania and Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.
On conference there have arrived the specialists from the following countries: Belarus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine. As the working languages were used English and Lithuanian. Our country was introduced by the Interuniversity Center of Marketing of Scientific-research Works (ICMSRW ) of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
The program of measures was compounded so:
15.05 - seminar - training of the managers of incubators and technological parks, SPICE-group meeting.
16.05-17.05 - conference and dissemination fair
For ICM SRW the business trip in Vilnius has been very useful, because the subjects of the reports corresponded to a direction of center activity. There was given an opportunity of discussing the arising at work problems, to change the experience on the questions of state innovation policy, on the support forms of small and medium business, on commercialization of results of scientific researches.

The ICM SRW has prepared to the conference the proposals on organization and realization of activity in the field of technological transfer and innovation service, which were reviewed and discussed on the joint session of Regional Business Incubator of Kaunas University of Technology, Kaunas Regional Innovation Centre, Juelich Research Center and ICMSRW.
