5-7 of February, the three-day seminar by Edward Fern (USA) for chiefs of the enterprises and innovative projects called "Management efficiency of the projects on development and implementation of new production with economic result reception" will take place in the technopark "Idea".

The seminar is carried out within the framework of "Republican program of innovation activity development in the Republic of Tatarstan for period of 2004-2010". Its organizers are the innovative technopark "Idea" and Moscow consulting company "Technologies of Management Spider".

The following themes will be considered at the seminar:

1. New tendencies in world economy related with mass individualization of production process. Establishment of new products and services profitable manufacture during an epoch of mass individualization.

2. Components of successful organization of new products and services manufacture (Paradigm 10P).

3. Contemporary technologies of the projects management of new products development with usage of active risks management and trends analysis.

The chiefs of governmental structures and enterprises of the Republic are invited for participation in this seminar.
