On November, 13, 2003 the meeting of the regional marketing centers and the transfer centers of technologies of the Ministry of Education of Belarus for business-planning took place at Gomel State Technical University.

On meeting the following questions have been considered:
- preparation business-plans for perspective developments (program "Innovation").
- prospects of the further work (2004 and later).
- report on activity of the centers.

The directors and employees of the university centers G.M.Potapenko (BelSUT), V.G.Koroljuk, N.V.Troshchaya (scientific-technological park "Metolit" at BNTU), I.V.Kotov (BrSU), N.L.Prokofjeva (VSTU), M.F.Jarmolkevich, O.V.Pugacheva (GSU), A.I.Rossol (GSTU), V.A.Guletski (ICMSRW), V.A.Shirochenko (MSTU), Li Chon Ku (GrSU), V.S.Shishkevich (IEU), I.V.Tolkach (BSTU) have taken part in work of the meeting.

On the considered questions the following decisions have been accepted:
- to prepare 2 business-plans on the basis of the collected information with use of the offered form
- to make offers on a regulation of activity of marketing centers and centers of technology transfer to the project of scientific-research department regulations
- to appear on an academic council of university with the analysis of work of the center.
