Purpose and areas of application

  • drives of domestic appliances;
  • drives of equipment for production of synthetic fibres, synthetic fur;
  • machines for sewing, knitting and shoe making production;
  • automatic transfer lines for tobacco and accessories production.

Features of know-how

  • production of cogged belts with wear-proof coating by overlapped know-how of casting and compacting in diaphragm autoclave;
  • belt vulcanization in a rigid die;
  • absence of finishing operations;
  • application of the unified equipment.

Advantages of know-how

  • minimization of technological waste and exclusion of rubber dust formation;
  • productivity increase at the expense of hydraulic presses application instead of autoclaves and absence of grinding equipment.

Technical data

  • pressure of compaction.............10-20 Mpa
  • basic materials utilization factor.....up to 95%
  • specific energy output................700-1500 J
  • service life of the belts in comparison with casting analogues........500-1000%

Level of development

  • belts under standard ISO 2596:

a) MXL (81);
b) XL (96; 110; 130; 160; 180; 196; 210; 220);
c) L (187; 210; 225; 240; 255; 285; 300; 457);
d) H (240; 300; 330).

  • belts under standard DIN 7721:

a) T5 (245; 390);
b) T10 (610; 700; 810; 1110; 1350; 1460).

  • belts under standard HTD:

a) M3 (174; 312; 357; 384; 420; 669);
b) M5 (565);
C) M8 (800).

Belts length may be 8400 mm and more.
