Plasma generator for hydrogen heating

Area of application

Pyrolysis of carbohydrates, hydrogen isolating, burning of low-calorie fuels and solid domestic wastes pure iron obtaining.

Design features

The cathode 1 consisting of thoriated wolframic rod is fixed in copper yoke. The anode 2 made from copper. The solenoid 3 is applied for safe life increase. Plasma generator power can be changed by variation of arc current and geometrical dimensions of output electrode.

Air plasma generator

Area of application

The plasma generator is designed for automatic cutting of any non-ferrous metals and alloyed steels.

Design features

The essentially large service life in comparison with serial plasma generators with Hf-cathode due to application of copper hollow electrode with electromagnet.

The machines for gaseous and plasma cutting can be used for plasma generator movement. The special rectifier unit with voltage 520V is used for power supply.
