Purpose and area of application System is designed for continuous control and electronic registration of vibrations on turbounits bearing supports of heat power supply and condensation types.
The system consists of:
- Vibration packages converting vibration mechanical oscillations into voltage electrical signals;
- Subsystem of vibration measurement phase timing, reading the phase marker signal of the shaft line condition per revolution and its further transmission to the data collector;
- Data collector performing all necessary conversions prior to input electrical signals similar to vibrations arriving from vibration package outputs into the vibromonitor;
- Vibromonitor performing vibration analog-to-digital conversion, and signal processing by means of specific algorithms, reporting the turbo-unit current vibration condition;
- Alarm and indication system of the controllable turbo-unit critical conditions, connected to the vibromonitor. It includes executive components for automatic cutoff when detecting pre-emergency states.
Technical characteristics
- System measures and displays root-mean-square (RMS) of vibrorate in frequency range of 10-1000 Hz, RMS of vibrorate in frequency ranges of 25, 50, 100, 150, 200 Hz;
- System carries out additional measurements of vibration parameters to examine turbo-unit technical condition;
- System executes alarm functions in case of excess of vibration threshold levels and automatic protection shut-down in emergency situations;
- Up to 33 vibration measurement channels number;
- Vibrorate RMS measurement range, mm/sec - 0,1-50;
- Gain characteristic non-linearity, not more than ±5 %.
