Purpose and area of application

System is designed to enhance operational reliability of the machinery with rotor operation principle by means of implementing technologies of vibration monitoring, vibration diagnostics and immediate assessment approaches of technical condition of rotor units judging by vibration parameters of its constructive elements.


Procedure decomposition of the vibration monitoring technologies determines composition and structure of hardware and program – algorithmic tools applied for these purposes reckoning with currently used operational techniques for industrial equipment.

Specifications of monitoring system

The below enlisted units are included into a set of the monitoring system hardware support:


  • Technical means for linear conversion of vibration mechanical parameters into electrical shape (primary conversion level);
  • Data collectors having functions of amplitude-frequency transformations, controllable scaling and signal conversion into digital shape (pre-processing level);
  • Means for secondary digital signal processing to determine amplitude-frequency and phase parameters of vibration, its non-stationary state parameters, mutual correlations and spectra (processing level);
  • Allocated digital subsystems for immediate evaluation of the controllable objects technical condition, with decision taking procedure on warning alarm, possibility of their switching to the pre-emergency state and forming of protective shut-down signals (expert level).
