Purpose and area of application

The semi-automatic device is assigned for automatic execution of multi-color embroideries on the clothes, diaper and bed-clothes, fancy leather items and footwear. The embroidery semi-automatic device was worked out on a base of commercial sewing machine of the 31 line of the joint stock company "Orsha". The coordinate set and control unit are series produced by the OKBM Vitebsk. Change of the thread color, cutting and fastening of free edges of the threads are made automatically. The break of the threads is controlled in an automatic regime. The preliminary price of the semi-automatic device is 4000 USD. The CAE system of embroideries is based on the PC and has a preliminary price of 500 USD.
