Purpose and area of application

The semi-automatic device is assigned for making the buttonholes with catches of any form (direct, cross, wedge-shaped etc.) with two-thread shuttle stitch on the sewing items from light, medium and medium-weight stuffs. The semi-automatic device consists of an industrial table with an automated electrical drive, sewing capping of the 31 line of the joint-stock company "Orsha" (class 1597 MS), clamp with a drive from the step motors, which gives a stuff in two mutually perpendicular directions, control unit. There are an automatic raise and sinking of the clamp, automatic cutting of the shuttle and needle thread. The change of the form and size of a buttonhole is made by pressure on a button of control panel and, if it is necessary, by change of a knife in the holder. The preliminary price of the semi-automatic device is 3000 USD.
