Purpose and area of application

The offered technology allows to utilize the waste products from leather and from casting of soles from polyurethane and includes the following main stages:

• gathering of wastes, their pounding and mixing;
• extrusion on an auger extruder into a band of defined profile;
• cutting of the bands in measured parts-inserts, which are used by the casting of the bands.

The usage of the offered technology allows:

• to improve the quality of the soles due to the strength increase of a contact between a insert and material of a sole;
• to reduce expenditure of a polyurethane composition to 12%.

The preliminary price is 10 000 USD.

The possibilities of cooperation: manufacture of an experimental sample of the equipment on a contractual basis, technical cooperation.
