Purpose and area of application

The high productive aerodynamic method of the yarn manufacture is offered. It allows to reduce the technological processes of twisting and torsion, make wider considerably the range and quality of the produced items due to the yarn with original structure.

The yarn received by the described way consists from the fibers and a complex thread, which are bound by the false knots. The complex chemical thread is the core of this yarn, which is covered with fibers coming from a stretch device.

The required equipment: a machine of PBK-225 series. Availability of the pressed air.

The fields of application are upholstery material, furniture textiles, clothes, working clothes, knitted wear.
