Purpose and area of application
- Articles polish of stainless, carbon steels, aluminium and its alloys, copper and its alloys, removal of sharp edges and burrs.
- High temperature clearing and disinfection of medical instruments and implantats.
- Corrosion-resistant coating manufacture.
- Coating preparation for putting electroplated and vacuum coatings.
Manufacturing features
Article being worked (anode) is dipped in special solution (cathode). Numerous microplasma discharges are brought about by high voltage current near electrode surface. This results in local warming-up of profile peaks, their melting off and surface smoothing as a consequence.
