Purpose and area of application

For manufacture of the device yarn can be used any types of the natural and chemical fibers, can be used any complex chemical threads depending on further application. But the most desirable are the polyester, viscose and polyamide. On the combed device the roving thread is produced, which comes into the stretch device VPA-40. There is composing of the roving threads and thinned out of their till the required line density in a stretch device. Then the broken-thread comes into a knot of formation (sprayer), where the fastening of the yarn takes place. The formed thread is winded up on the cylindrical bobbin of the double-slider winding with mass of up to 2,5 kg.

Equipment: combed device - VPA 40

Raw material: nitron, lavsan, kapron viscose fiber; wool and flax fiber; waste products up to 30%.

Produced yarn: 120-300 tex in combination with the components: natural and chemical fiber up to 90 %; complex chemical thread -10%.

Fields of application: upholstery material, furniture, decorative, automobile, technical textiles, textiles for the clothes, sport clothes, portiere, footwear textiles, etc.
