Purpose and area of application

The structure and manufacture technology of four weft and one- two side gobelin piece articles are developed:

• decorative pictures;
• portraits;
• plaids.

The gobelin complete is assigned for a house design, includes a coverlet of (150 x 212) cm size, two lace pillow-cover for a arm-chair of (150 x 120) cm size. On every side of the article was created a separate picture of a geometry motives. The warp of yarn is a cotton, in the wefts - yarn from the polyamide. For the textile structure the patent of the Russian Federation 2036992 was received.

The preliminary price of the manufacture technology of the piece articles is 1000 USD.

Technical characteristics

The articles are produced on a sewing device with a jacquard machine. 4 weft gobelins are the pileless carpet articles. The surface density of the textile is 650 g/m².
