MapManager represents the integrated modular program complex, on the basis of which it is possible to develop the applied automized systems, complexes, workplaces of the experts in the field of applied cartography, geodesy, geology, mine surveying, mining, oil extracting etc.

The complex can be used at:

• mining of oil and gas,
• 2/3D visualization,
• digital cartography.

Structure and technical characteristics

MapManager is a powerful, modern, corporate geoinformation system, including:

• the network multi-user graphic editor maintaining mechanisms short and long tranzactions;
• the manager of databases maintaining ODBC interface (DBASE, Oracle, MS SQL, MS ACCESS);
• the internal generator of SQL inquiries and account documentation;
• powerful tools of prototyping and printing permitting to create industrial cartographic materials.

MapManager allows:

• to create the specialized applications on a basis of PLUGIN technology;
• it is easy to pack user’s workplaces with a preset set of functions;
• to export / import the data in formats DXF, ArcView;

On the basis of a system MapManager the integrated program complex used in a mining of oil and gas is developed. Structure of a complex includes the following specialized connected modules:
