Purpose and area of application
Universal bactometer means for the automation of the research connected with the development of immunological and microbiological methods, carrying-out serial and separate of immunological and microbiological analyses of any complexity.
In the development system are used technologies of the automation measurements to enable of the research of microbe fermentation processes by different physical and chemical methods. Unification of impedance, potentiometric, volt-amperometric and chemiluminescent methods of measurements is provided due to the multi-channel disposable glass substrates with basic capacitive sensors made on basis of microelectronic technologies.
In practical researches of fermentation processes universal bactometer allows to use both synthetic nutrient media characterized by a good reproducibility and natural nutrient media prepared on the basis of plant or animal origin products having indefinite chemical composition.
Measurands unified in accordance with the known standard used in rapid methods of microbiological analysis.
In universal bactometer are employed the flexible software allowing an user
- to select independent mesurands for an information parameter ( impedance, active resistance, capacity, the intensity of chemiluminescence, pO2, pH, redox potential and etc.);
- to set and to change measurement modes ( amplitude, frequency, sensitivity and so on.);
- to carry out the calibration used pure culture media for selected independent mesurands and measurement modes;
- to store information and to take stock parameters obtained at the calibration automatically in next research;
- to unify a multivariate physical and chemical analysis of microbe fermentation processes in accordance with the known standard used in rapid methods of microbiological and immunological analysis.
Universal bactometer can find the application in the development of control methods raw materials and finished products in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food industry, as well in educational practical works of universities, colleges and their research laboratories, connected with the education and the development rapid methods of the immunological and microbiological analysis.
