The manufacturing of the model complete sets from plasto-polymers includes three stages
- Manufacturing of the model - standard from a wood, metal, and also from the plasto-polymer plates;
- Manufacturing of a negative model - from epoxy or polyurethane resins with special properties by the model - standard;
- Manufacturing of working model sets - from epoxy or polyurethane materials with given properties by the negative model.
The manufacturing of model sets from plasto-polymer materials allows to reduce essentially (in 5-7 times) the terms of opening-up of production and labour-intensity of manufacturing of a model equipment, to reduce its cost in comparison with the conventional steels, bronze or aluminum model complete sets.
The most rational is the application of the plasto-polymer materials at duplicating of model sets in production and quantity production of castings in the single foundry forms. Besides of this, the plasto-polymers can be successfully used for manufacturing of the copying-models, core boxes, moulds for thermoplastic - automatic machine etc.

Modeling and elaboration of a casting technology includes
