It is quite not a full list of the leading industrial enterprises, where the devices for control and regulation of molding mix quality which developed the scientific-production enterprise "Technolit" were set and successfully work.

The monitoring system and quality managements of a molding mix (SAKS) for the first time was represented in the market in 1995, since then it and the devices, included in its structure, continuously are upgraded and are perfected.

Today the level sensor of a bunker material, proximity sensor of a material on a conveying belt, electronic flow sensor of water, communication systems, weighing systems, batchers of a clay suspension are offered to a Customer additionally.

The SAKS is completed by controllers, computers and protective systems of the leading world manufacturers.

Since 1999 we propose to Customer the installation of automatic preparation of a clay suspension into a structure of SAKS ensuring regulation of density value of a suspension in range from 1020 up to 1250 kg/m³ with precision up to 10 kg/m³. The first two installations of automatic preparation of a suspension were used in a steel department of the "Minsk automobile plant". Usage of such installation in a structure of the SAKS allows to operate actually the content of clay, and therefore, the formation mix strength.

By its development the "Monitoring system and quality managements of a formation mix" saves and multiplies its advantages:

• the main regulated and controlled parameters: temperature and moisture content of reused and prepared formation mix, density (or clay content) of the clay suspension (at usage of an automatic control system of a suspension);

• range of measurement and accuracy of the control of main parameters:
