Purpose and area of application

At decision of economy task the necessity of choice from several different variants appears. The choice of the best decision is usually complicated that the solved problems contain the big amount of parameters of the estimation dependent on set of internal parameters of an object.
In technics the tasks have precise numerical interpretation and are solved on the base of the well-known mathematical methods. There are tasks in economy, where parameters of objects have linguistic values. It does not allow to apply the known classical methods for decision of a task.
Application of the fuzzy-set theory allows to carry out a quantitative estimation of quality indicators. In a case of multicriterion task on the base of construction of matrixes of paired comparisons the estimation criteria are convoluted in an integrated parameter. The criteria range different variants of the decision on their importance.

Features

The proposed software realizes an estimation technique of quality level of the systems with linguistic parameters, which will consist of the following stages:
  • construction of hierarchy of the parameters, which describe an object
  • setting functions of the desirability, which reflect an accessory of the estimated parameters to desirable values
  • design of paired comparison matrixes of the estimated parameters
  • calculation of the common parameters of an object
  • comparison of variants of the analyzed objects.

    • The software allows to process opinions of several experts. Their points of view can be averaged by the Delphi method or taken into account all scale of opinions with help of interval numbers.
