Purpose and area of application The vibration protective shut-down system is an additional technological unit of centrifugal equipment and machinery with rotary motion (like crushers, centrifuges, pumps, motors, generators, etc.) and is aimed at disconnection of the power supply of the machinery drive operated in a stationary mode in case of machinery frame vibration, which can result in damage of its major units and parts.
Structure of the system
- protected operation primary converter, connected to the expert unit by a cable wiring of a general type at a distance of 300m;
- expert unit, performing functions of vibrodata processing, express estimation of the system vibration load, and working out protective shut-down signals;
- switching board in combination with the assembly kit designed for mechanical and electrical assembly of the product;
- secondary power supply converts the primary ac voltage of 220 into levels, required for power supply of low-voltage circuits of the expert unit and primary converter circuitry.
