Purpose and area of application

The system is applied for control of electro-dynamical vibro-units when testing objects against harmonic, polyharmonic and random vibrations. The system is based on unique methods of synthesis and analysis of vibration effects. It includes a controlling PC supplied with various specialized software packages, specialized modules of processes and signals synthesis and analysis included into the vibration controller, a set of standard vibration measuring converters and electrodynamic vibration unit in combination with power amplifier.

Functionality

VTCS-010 system hardware supports the following modes of object vibration testing with various software packages applied for:
  • harmonic vibration testing by fixed frequency approach;
  • polyharmonic vibration testing with the preset amplitude spectrum shape;
  • wideband random vibration testing with the preset spectral density shape;
  • verification testing of vibration measuring converters, defining the actual transfer factor, amplitude and frequency responses.
