Purpose and area of application

The concentrate is used for anticorrosive treatment of steel surfaces before processes of cold deformation: extrusions, extract, roll-forming etc., as well as for independent anticorrosive protection at in-process storage of parts and items. It is recommended for replacement of phosphatic bath on the basis of zinc phosphate.

Safety requirements

The concetrate is a hazardous substance of the dangerous class 3 of Standard 12.1.007. It is necessary to work in rubber gloves and eye protectors.

Storage

  • to save at temperature of not lower than 10 °C in special and closed container
  • warranty period of storage is 2 years from the date of manufacture

    • maximum protective properties of coatings are reached on items from steel and cast iron
    • decrease of sludge formation in 6-7 times as compared with zinc phosphate coating
    • cost reduction in 5 times as compared with zinc phosphate coating
    • reduction of consumption of natrium phosphatic concentrate on 50 % as compared with analogues
    • stability of concentrate during storage and phosphate treatment
    • improvement of processes' ecological characteristic of phosphate treatment due to reduction of sludge quantity
