Purpose and area of application
There are offered new structures of composite powders for gas-thermal hardening and recovery of details, which are used at the extreme conditions. Production of powders is executed by plasma-chemical synthesis of composite particles on the basis of refractory substances.

Advantages
Increase of resistance of hot stamps details (t>10000C, strength of pressure is 250 t, abrasive) in 3-5 times in comparison with melting from powder wire of PP25H5FMS Increase of wear resistance in 2,5-4 times in comparison with coatings, which include WC-Co Increase of corrosion resistance in 3 times in comparison with TiO2

Technical characteristics
  • hardness - 60-68 HRC
  • wear resistance in conditions of abrasive friction - in 3-8 times higher than sample - hardening steel 50 (abrasive - SiC)
  • porosity 3-8%
  • adhesion: fused coating
  • hardness - 55-62 HRC
  • wear resistance in conditions of abrasive friction - in 2-20 times higher than sample - hardening steel 50 (abrasive - SiC)
  • porosity 3-7%
  • adhesion: fused coating
  • wear resistance in conditions of abrasive friction - in 2,5 times higher than sample - hardening steel 50 (abrasive - SiC)
  • porosity 3-5% and less 1% depending on degree of a coating's amorphisation
  • adhesion: unfused coating , under milling is not spalling

The powders were tested and implanted on enterprises of Russia in oil mining industry, defensive and space-rocket complexes.
