Purpose and field of application

The gas-flame spraying of coatings is based on heating of a powdered material in a hyperthermal flame, which is generated at combustion of propane of butane or acetylene in oxygen.
It is intended for a spraying of the broad nomenclature of powdered materials and creation of tear-proof, rustproof coatings, and also coatings, nonperishable to erosion, cavitation, to thermal effects.
It is applied for quick wear of parts of oil, petrochemical, chisel, gas mining equipment, motor transportation engineering, textile effecting, stop reinforcement of a utilities equipment, arbors, rods, sleeves of pumping equipment etc.
The quality of coatings and parts is provided with a complex of technologies, equipment and powders.
