Area of application
Laser hardening (without and with possible burn off), cutting, doping, facing and welding of articles of complex shape, large size hardening of which is impossible by the traditional methods.
Advantages
Laser hardening:
- Wear-resistance increases by 2-3 fold as against volume hardened steel articles.

Laser doping:
- Wear-resistance increases by 3-5 fold as against volume hardened steel articles.
- Thickness of hardened layer.....0,3-0,5 mm
Laser facing:
- The supplementary doping of the coating during burning-off ensures the coating properties correction depending on working conditions.
