Purpose and area of application

The equipment is used for drying saw-timbers with application of combined dielectric and convectional heating.

The wood drying takes place in a drying chamber under the influence of microwaves. As a result the wood is warming up simultaneously and equally for the whole volume. Micro-wave emission goes through the whole depth of the wood, forces all the moisture out through the open capillary, where it gets removed by the heat fan. This principle allows to increase productivity and quality of the wood drying. Absence of the necessity to supply communications, to install foundation, to prepare special rooms and also easiness of exploitation, low weight and highly effective and attractive for manufacturers with large-, medium- and small- volume production.
