Purpose and area of application

The technologies serve for production of copper and nickel coatings on items from steel, cast iron, alloy of zinc-aluminum- cuprum without operation of deposition of intermediate sublayers.

They are used for:

  • details of automobiles, tractors, devices, refrigerators;
  • production of items suitable to soldering and hermetic sealing of rifled connections;
  • finishing the sanitary technicians, rooms, devices;
  • manufacture of notions items, domestic appliances, home appliances, style details for clothes, footwear, furniture.
  • Technical characteristics of coatings

  • any demanded depth in limits from the portions of micron up to tens mkm;
  • decorative exterior (lusterless and shining coatings);
  • good adhesion of coatings: absence of blisterings, crackings, maintain without flaking-off thermal shock, capability of mechanical and chemical finish machining;
  • coatings execute protective functions, being pore-free already at depth 6-10 mkm;
  • high corrosion resistance
  • Technical characteristics of solutions

  • electrolytes do not contain toxic and ecological dangerous materials, have weakly alkaline medium;
  • electrolytes are stable in a work;
  • high speed of a deposition of coatings (some tens mkm per an hour);
