Research Institute of Physical-Chemical Problems of the Belarusian State University
Address: 14, Leningradskaya str.,220050 Minsk,
Republic of Belarus

Technical specifications: TS RB 100050710.029-2000

Purpose

The concentrate is used for anticorrosion protection of the steel surfaces and improvement of adhesion before spraying of varnish-paint and powder coatings. Three-cationic phosphate structure forms on a metal surface a modifying zinc-phosphate coating.

Application

  • mechanical engineering
  • instrument-making industry

    Safety requirements

The concetrate is a hazardous substance of the dangerous class 3 of Standard 12.1.007. It is necessary to work in rubber gloves, eye protectors, respirators, protective costumes.

    Storage

  • at temperature not less then 20 °Ñ in the foreseen by technical conditions container in the closed view
  • warranty period of starage – 1 year since day of production

  • Advantages by usage of CPhP-3

    • high protective anticorrosive properties of fine-crystalline zinc-phosphate coating produced at operation temperature 30-35 °Ñ
    • reduced sludge formation
    • decrease of power resources on heating of a phosphate treatment bath
    • cost reduction in 5 times in comparison with known foreign analogues
    • stability of concentrate during storage and phosphate treatment
    • improvement of the process ecological characteristic of phosphate treatment at the expense of quantity reduction of sludge formed during process of phosphate treatment
    • simplicity of implementation and equipment

    Implementation

The concentrate is tested on production union «MTZ», joint stock company «Atlant», on some enterprises of Russia of mechanical engineering and instrument making complexes.

    Forms of cooperation

Concluding of agreements on production of concentrate
