Area of application

We propose to use the system in:

• engineering diagnostics of structures and equipment; 
• automated test results processing; 
• carrying out on non-destructive test (visual-optical method, ultrasonic inspection, ultrasonic thickness gauge, capillary flaw detection);
• examination and certification of metals.

Advantages of the system

Automated processing of s-e  diagram with measurement of:

• proportional limit;
• limit of elasticity; 
• field strength (S_0,2); 
• ultimate rupture strength; 
• modulus of elongation. 

High accuracy of the measurements due to high-sensitive strain gauges KTD-2A-type application.

Small sample sizes (from 2x2x4 mm up to 4x4x10 mm) permitting very precisely to determine material properties, for example, heat effect area of a weld.

The program for the processing and analysis of tests results of microsamples allows:

• to perform the automatic processing of s-e diagram; 
• to keep in database the mechanical and geometrical characteristics as well as the diagrams of tested samples; 
• to carry out statistical data processing of the tests; 
• to draw up and print out the reports on conducted tests.
