Purpose and area of application

The software is applied for solving control purpose for the state of equipment (vessels, pipelines, containers etc.), which is used , for example, for storage of aggressive fluids.

This purpose is actual, first of all, for big enterprises, where the quantity of controlled objects achieves some thousands items. The software can be used in machining building and oil refining industry.

The program complex is intended for technical supervision and other services connected with the operation of industrial equipment (corrosion diagnostics).

Technical possibilities

The developed software allows:

  • to present the structure of an enterprise as hierarchical circuits; to scale scenes;
  • to perform data input about controllable objects manually or directly from specialized equipment (width meters);
  • to visualize all data of controllable objects (images, technical parameters, gauging, diagram of corrosion process);
  • to create graphic representations of pipelines, vessels and technological circuits;
  • to predict corrosion process of a technological device;
  • to estimate durability and calculate the intense condition of pipelines;
  • to make rejection of technological devices;
  • to prepare and print necessary documentation;
  • Features

    While the diagnostics of corrosion of the equipment is performed, methods of applied regressive analysis are used, which allow to build the forecast with a sufficient degree of reliability on the basis of results of gauging (width meters). The estimation of durability and calculation of the intense condition will be carried out according to the techniques, based on the methods of the anisotropic theory of elasticity.

    The software supports in practice all formats of graphical files. All databases have open architecture (ODBC) and can be modified by the user. The software interface is realized on Ñ++ for Windows family with usage of original object-based library.
