Purpose and area of application

The equipment is applied on enterprises, which are specialized in the filed of rubber technical items' processing and intended for processing by crushing of automobile tyres with separation on a rubber chip, dispersed powder of a textile cord and metal cord, onboard wire.

Processing is made by the next devices:

  • machine intended for crushing;
  • roller mill.

    • Features of technology

  • processing of whole automobile tyre without thermal or chemical treatment;
  • work rollers with counterrotation and a capability of a tyre's setting on one of them.

    • Advantages

    Destruction and grinding of tyres with a textile and metal cord without preliminary cutting on parts and thermal and chemical influence.
