Purpose and area of application

The tool is applied for finish treatment of solid metal and non-metal materials, as well as for fused surfaces (at enterprises of fuel-chemical complex, in building industry etc.).

Advantages

  • high productivity of treatment due to heightened volume concentration of diamonds;
  • wide field of application.

    • Construction of the tool

    The tool is a disk, in which are mounted the eccentric located mandrels. At the end of mandrels are fixed the diamond cutting elements as hollow cylinders. The tool is installed in a spindle of the machine with the help of special compensating device.

Implementation

  • There was created a trial workshop for production of diamond tools in the Polotsk State University.
  • Types of production are small-series and series.

    • Proposals

  • production and delivery of tools of different dimension-types;
  • tools production with usage of other concentrations of diamond, grade of diamond raw materials, binder (bond) composition.
