Purpose: 

The disks for sawing are applied for sawing crystals of diamond and other precious jewel.

Advantages: 

The disks are made by a method of ultrasonic charging. The disks guarantee a high intensity of sawing, high resistance and minimal loses of diamond raw materials.

• Thickness of disk, mm: 0,05 - 0,08.
• Width of diamond layer, not less than, mm:10 - 12.
• Consumption of disks for sawing, disk/carat, up to:  0,12
• Increment of sawing edge of disk due to charging, up to, mm: 0,003
• Output of suit raw materials after sawing and grinding areas, not less than, %: 94.
• Working frequency of disks' rotation, rev/min: 12000…16000.
