Patent of the Republic of Belarus N 30 - Patent of the Russian Federation N 2058437
Purpose: Protective functional nickel-boron coating may be deposited on the different metal substances such as copper, brass, beryllium bronze, steel, kovar, tungsten, aluminium and its alloys etc. Technology of nickel–boron coating production is based on the electroplating deposition of two–component alloys. Nickel–boron coating is characterized by low contact resistance, high microhardness, wear resistance, corrosion stability, solderability and weldability by ultrasound
Polycrystalline coating Ni–B (1–6 at. % B) is used
