Purpose and area of application: The super-plasticizer is assigned for usage as an admixture of complex action into the concrete mixtures for monolithic building, production of precast concrete and reinforced concrete items.
Advantages:
- possibility of items' production with high frost-resistance, water-tightness, durability;
- does not content chlorides and can be used for production of the stressed reinforced concrete constructions, corrosion-resistant items;
- allows to produce the high-strength concretes based on usual concretes;
- at the overdose there is not noticed any reduction of durability;
- allows to reduce consumption of the concrete on 15-20%;
- specified cost is in 2 times lower than the cost of the analogues;
- possibility of the plasticizer delivery in fluid and solid states.
Technical characteristics:
- "SPS" plasticizer provides production of highly movable concrete mixtures with settlement of the cone equal to 18-24 sm;
- set of strength of the concrete accelerates in two times on early stages;
- at 28 days the growth of strength of the concrete is 35-45%;
- the raw materials of the Republic of Belarus are used.

Implementation: The super-plasticizer "SPS" is produced on the Novopolotsk plant of protein and vitamin concentrates.
