Purpose and area of?application

The electronic balance is a weight measuring equipment of common industrial assignment. In 2003-2004 in the Research Laboratory of Industrial Automation were developed an electronic balance of BE series. In May, 2004, the electronic balance of BE series have been registered in the State register of measuring tools of the Republic of Belarus under number RB 03 02 2228 04.

I. Electronic strain-gauge balance of BE type:

1. BE-6, BE-15, BE-30;

2. BE-150, BE-300.

• balances are produced of two constructional models: normal and corrosion-resistant;
• opportunity of power supplies both from an external source, and from the built-in accumulator is provided;
• depending on application conditions the balance is completed by LED, or special LCD with backlighting;
• balance is constructed on the unified microprocessor base. The powerful industrial processors used in BE series provide high-quality processing the signal from the strain-gauge sensor. Thus, balance can be used on the objects with the increased mechanical vibrations;
• balance of BE series has special protection means against electromagnetic disturbances (analysis and logic control of power supply circuits);
• electronic module is realized on the base of chip-components, that provides the increased reliability of balance;
• each model of balance is equipped with a serial port (RS232C or RS485);
• balance of BE-150, BE-300 types are equipped with the demountable controller, which can be established on balance, on a table of the operator, or on a wall.
