Purpose and area of application

   Modernization consists in installation of weigh measuring strain-gauge systems on each type of batchers and integration of all batchers in a local network with the help of the multipurpose controller of operator. Thus the controllers KTU-2 operate not only weighing, but also batching. And the controller of operator allows to define a formula of asphalt-concrete mixes and to give out to each controller KTU-2 the task for dispatching of each component.

Description

During automation of asphalt-concrete plants the following batchers of discrete action are modernized or produced:

• batcher of inert fractions;
• batcher of mineral powder;
• bitumen balance.

If it is necessary the set of equipment includes a batcher of cellulose.

   As a rule, the group management of all batchers with the help of the microprocessor controller of operator or PC is offered. The equipment can be connected to external remote PC on serial channel RS 485. In this case PC carries out the following functions: formation of the expanded database on materials and goods on the base of information received from the controller of operator; business accounting; strategic planning etc.
   At modernization the mechanical designs, operating elements of balance and the power electroautomatics, available on a working plant are used. The volume of debugging is determined at examination of equipment executed by experts of BNTU.
