Purpose and area of application

   Modernization is an installation of weigh measuring strain-gauge systems on each type of batchers, which are included in a unit, and joining all of the batchers in a local network with the help of the multipurpose controller of operator. Thus controllers KTU-2 carry out not only weighing, but also batching control. And the controller of operator allows to define a formula of concrete mixes and give out to each controller KTU-2 the task for dispatching of each component.

Description

• batcher of macadam or sand (from 1 up to 3 pieces), each is applied for 2 components of batching;
• cement batcher (2 components);
• batcher of water and chemical additives;
• batcher of precise chemical additives (limit of batching up to 20 kg).

If it is necessary to set a batcher of pigment.

If it is necessary PC can be used instead of an operator's console.
