Purpose and area of application

The research laboratory of industrial automation manufactures various models of strain-gauge transducers on the base of foil resistive-strain sensors.

Quality of each industrial operation is controlled by special computer system. For maintenance of reliability of strain-gauges are used such methods as technological training and cyclic heat shocks. This high technology is realized with the help of constantly improved complex of equipment, which allows to control each stage of the sensors’ production.

Sensors of the following models are produced:

• for normal conditions of operation - at temperature from 0°C up to 40°C and humidity up to 95 %, at absence of vapor of acids, alkalis and dust;
• for work in conditions of wide range of temperature and increased humidity (temperature from -20°C up to +80°C, humidity of 100 %);
• for work in conditions of aggressive medium influence.
  
  The sensors produced by BNTU are used on?many enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.

DVT-6, DVT-15, DVT-30, DVT-50, DVT-100, DVT-150, DVT-300 (parallelogram-shaped);

DVT-500, DVT-1000, DVT-2000 (rod-shaped on pressing);

DVT-500R, DVT-1000R (rod-shaped on stretching);

DVT-100S, DVT-200S (S-shaped).
