Purpose and area of application
Controller of strain-gauge systems KTU-2 is the specialized managing device, which carries out the following tasks:
- reception and processing of information from one or several strain-gauge sensors (up to 6 pieces in parallel);
- regulation of batching process.
Possibilities
- consecutive batching of 4 components.
- long-term storage of recipe.
- automatic adjustment of batching limits (account of putting not enough of material).
- frequency of processing of information up to 5 kHz.
- availability of program dynamic filter providing stability of mass indication.
- availability of RS232C or RS485 communication channel.
- connection with PC or other managing device (in particular, with the controller of operator).
- 5 discrete channels of inputs/outputs (24V, 2A or 220V, 120mA).
- possibility of usage for the controller the various software of the depending on tasks set: static weighing, discrete batching etc.
