Purpose and area of application
The laboratory together with experts of UE "Institute BelNIIS" develops materials and technologies intended for building construction with the purpose of reduction of terms of building, increases of their quality and operational properties, recycling of waste products.
Main developments
Composition and manufacture technology of wall blocks from waste of wood-processing
- Purpose
They are intended for construction of low-rise apartment houses and utility rooms. Recommendations on selection of composition and manufacture technologies of small wall blocks were developed. The proposed composition for manufacture of blocks do not contain scarce materials and demand the simple equipment.
- Characteristics
Heat transfer resistance of a wall from blocks with thickness of 0,4 m is in limits of 2,1-2,36 m2 °C/Wt. Cost of 1m3 of such blocks is on 51,3 % less in comparison with gas-silicate blocks.
- Application
The Institute "Hyproselstroy" has developed standard projects of one-storey apartment houses with four-room and three-room apartments with walls from similar blocks.
The technology of blocks manufacture and building of few-storey houses are realized in Braslav and Kalinkovichi concrete product plants.
Lime-less modified mortar mixes and building mortars
- Purpose
They are intended for work in summer and winter conditions. There was developed the manual on designing of composition and application plaster and masonry mortars modified lime-less mortars of various durability and frost resistance.
- Characteristics
These mortars have the same properties as lime-containing mortars, and the cost they are on 15-20 % cheaper. The proposed composition of building mortars were developed on the base of materials made in the Republic of Belarus.
- Application
Lime-less modified mortars have passed industrial approbation on various objects of Minsk (building trusts N 4, N 7) .
All-weather intensive technology of monolithic reinforced concrete constructions building
- Purpose
It is intended for building of monolithic and composite frame constructions in summer and winter conditions. There were developed the technological cards on manufacture of concrete works at building of composite and monolithic reinforced concrete frame constructions.
- Characteristics
The technology allows to lower twice the charge of electric power on heating of concrete during the winter period, to increase turnover of formwork and basic equipment in two and more times. The intensification of hardening process for concrete is achieved due to application of chemical modifiers and fine-dispersed fillers.
- Application
The technology has passed approbation on building objects of the Republic of Belarus and Moscow, Smolensk etc.
Effective reinforced concrete constructions from high-strength concrete and technology of their manufacture
- Purpose
The technology is intended for manufacture of precast reinforced concrete constructions of classes C 35/45-C 50/60 from mass produced cements, fillers and chemical modifiers made in Belarus. There were developed recommendations on designing and calculation of constructions from high-strength concrete, recommendation on designing composition of high-strength concrete and production schedules on manufacture of constructions from high-strength concrete.
- Characteristics
The technology is recommended also for monolithic reinforced concrete columns building of frame buildings from concrete of a class C 40/50. The technology allows to lower the charge of reinforcing steel from 120 up to 200 kg/m3.
- Application
The technology is realized by manufacture of columns from concrete of a class C 50/60 at the Baranovichy and Gomel concrete plants, etc.
Variants of cooperation The laboratory on contractl conditions:
- carries out designing compositions of concrete proceeding from building-technological conditions of the customer and requirements of the design documentation;
- develops technological cards on manufacture of concrete works;
- transfers the complete set of the specifications and technical documentation;
- assists in purchase of chemical modifiers of concrete;
- carries out scientific support at realization of technologies.
