
Purpose and area of application
Now in practice there are two approaches to the complex decision of tasks of automation at the industrial enterprise. The first approach foresees automation on the base of hardware-software means of one well-known company, such as Siemens, Valmet etc. The Second approach consists in usage of hardware and software of various firms, but at obligatory rigid standardization and full openness of interfaces of various levels.
We have chosen the second approach, have added to it our tool system for visual development of Operator Stations (OpS) and Stations of Automatic Control (SAC) and have received technology of creation of distributed control systems for objects of any complexity and topology.
OpS besides the typical functions of supervision control can carry out functions of common Server of Databases, providing thus the distributed storage of great volume of the retrospective information.
SAC is industrial PC-compatible computer, which carries out direct digital control of all technological units of this object. The control system thus is extremely simple and reliable. All gauges are connected on measuring inputs of a computer, all executive mechanisms are connected on its control outputs, program of functioning of the object is placed in ROM of a computer, local regulators and circuits of relay automatics are not used.

- Uniformity of equipment - SAC of the most various objects have identical structure and consists of the same blocks, difference consists in software;
- High accuracy - presence of various measuring channels and built-in methods of statistical processing of signals allows to measure technological parameters with error from 0.2 up to 0.5 %
- Simplicity of service - uniformity of equipment, long time between failures, extremely simple external circuits and presence of system of remote diagnosing allow to minimize requirements to qualification of employees.
Technical features
In our laboratory the extensive Library of Managing Objects for visual configuration of various control systems is developed. Systems are assembling from ready program objects: the Motor, the Valve, the Regulator, the Inverter, the Pump, the Block of Pumps, Heat-exchanger, Amalgamator, Contour of Hot Water supply, Contour of Heating, Small Boiler, Water-heating Boiler, Steam Boiler, Network Group, Atmospheric Un-aerator, Vacuum Un-aerator, Unit of the Account of Thermal energy, Unit of the Account of Electric Energy, One-component Dosator, Multi-component Dosator, Turbine, Crusher etc.
These Managing Objects are executed on any PC-compatible comtrol computers (SAC), communicating among themselves and with object of control on the near interface. Thus they are able to accept and transfer messages to long-distance OpS Stations and others SAC on the interface of distant interaction.
At such approach the homogeneous allocated computing medium for control of objects of any complexity and topology is formed. A binding basis in such allocated computing medium are communication channels of various type (RS-xxx, Ethernet, switched and allocated wire channels, radio networks of a various class).

The computer systems developed by us long time operate technological processes at the various industrial enterprises of Belarus and Russia:

Commercial proposal
Works on creation of control systems are carried out "on a turn-key basis". It is carried out guarantee (3 years) and after service support of the created control systems.
